This advanced machine, custom ordered and manufactured, is an absolute forerunner in terms of the precision and efficiency of deep hole drilling within the industry.
The new deep hole drilling machine has impressive specifications, including the ability to drill in diameters ranging from around Ø25 to around Ø100. Moreover, the machine is capable of clamping workpieces with a maximum diameter of around Ø400 and a drilling length of 4 metres, with a maximum workpiece length of also 4 metres.
With the latest technologies in deep hole drilling, this machine is equipped with advanced features to ensure shorter lead times and unprecedented precision. A notable feature of this machine is that both the workpiece and the drill itself are driven, which contributes to higher efficiency and accuracy during the drilling process.
